To return to the starting point: go to Saint-Martin d'Arrossa via the D918, then take the D948 towards Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry and finally the D15 towards Irouléguy. Park in the church car park.
There are also spaces in the car park behind the pelota court.
(S/E) Return from the church to the central crossroads of the village and head south
(1) Cross the D15 with extreme caution: there is a bend and no protected crossing. Take the path opposite, lined with hedges, and ignore the one on the left and a field entrance on the right. The path climbs under the trees to a small road at a place called Menta.
(2) Take the road on the left and then immediately turn right. At the first crossroads, continue straight ahead, heading west. After a right-angle bend, the road runs alongside the Guermiette stream and then turns away from it to reach the centre of Guermiette.
(3) Turn right onto the road that leads to a passable farm track that crosses the stream.
(4) Go straight ahead, then immediately turn right to pass in front of the sheepfold.
Take the narrow path between the two vineyards, closed by a gate (close it behind you), and walk between the vines to reach a ladder that allows you to climb over the fence.
(5) Walk up along the vineyard, following a forest on your left until you reach a residential area. Turn right to find a road. Turn right. You will find an orientation table on the right side of the road.
(2) Turn left and follow the same path you took on the way there to return to the starting point (S/E).
