Circular mignaberry tour from the Irouléguy Winery

You can park in the municipal car park opposite the Irouléguy Winery in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry.

(S/E) With your back to the winery, turn right, cross the bridge over the Nive des Aldudes and follow the D948, following the "Neskatrail" signposting on the right. Turn off at the edge of the Nive and rejoin the D4948.

(1) Cross it carefully andfollow the “Neskatrail” signposting, which leaves the road for a path running alongside vineyards and farmland towards the north-west. You will reach a road.

(2) At the sign for the Mattin vineyards, turn right, go through two gates and then enter on the left via the “Mignaberry” gate (farm building on the right)

(3) Head up to the right until you reach a building, then go down to the right towards the woods.

(4) Go through the forest gate, turn left and continue to the D948.

(7) Cross it carefully, then follow the road to the right towards "Otikoreneko Errepidea". Walk alongside and then cross the Nive des Aldudes and turn right.

(6) Leave Otikoreneko Errepidea, head uphill to the left, and walk for about 1.5 km past vineyards, woods and farmland.

(7) Head back down to "Otikoreneko Errepidea" and come out onto the D15.

(8) Follow it to the right until you reach the car park near the Irouléguy winery (S/E).
