Park in the side street off Rue de la Gare in Coubert.
(S/E) Head south and cross the old railway line, now known as Chemin des Roses, then 50 m further on, take the road that veers to the right. Pass the water treatment plant and continue along the path that runs alongside the fields.
(1) At the first intersection, turn right onto the street that climbs slightly and joins the edge of the fields. Walk along the Bois de Rubantel.
(2) Cross the bridge over the D471 and enter the village of Cordon via Rue du Général de Gaulle.
(3) At the 'give way' sign, turn left onto Rue des Vignes, which continues along the edge of the fields.
(4) Turn right onto the path that leads into the field and follow it to the woods. On the left, a small path enters the woods and descends to the Yerres.
Cross the river and go back up into the woods to the field.
(5) Turn right onto the path. This leads to a road.
(6) Turn right, cross the Yerres and continue straight ahead. Walk along the wall of the Château de Suisne and you will come to a wash house.
(7) Continue straight ahead until the next crossroads.
(8) Turn left at the first street that leads to Rue de Melun.
(9) Turn right, pass the water tower and take the road on the left through the field.
(10) At the tree hedge, turn right onto Chemin des Roses, which crosses (central reservation) the D471 to reach the car park (S/E).
