The starting point is at the Lonzes car park in Montrond-les-Bains.
(S/E) Cross the site, turning left along the shared gardens to reach a footbridge. Cross it and continue through the wooded area for about 200 metres until you reach a dirt track.
(1) Turn right, then left at the next intersection and you will come to a fork.
(2) Turn right onto the path that runs along the edge of the Loire to a pond area.
(3) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead. Turn left onto the path, then turn right.
(4) Then take the path on the right that leads to the virgin forest and arrives at the Deux Becs site.
(5) Go straight ahead up the path to admire the view of the Château de Montrond-les-Bains. Continue along the path, then turn left to follow the Coise river along a dirt track. When you reach a small road, continue to the right until you reach the next junction.
(6) Turn left onto a dirt track. Continue straight ahead to return to the starting point.
(2) Follow the same route as on the way out, continue straight ahead, then turn right and walk along the wooded area.
(1) Turn left, cross the footbridge and return to the car park at the starting point (S/E).
