Park in the town hall car park on Rue du Neuf-Chemin.

(S/E) From the town hall car park, turn left onto Rue du Chemin Neuf and head north-west. Turn left then right onto Rue de la Neuvelle and continue straight ahead towards the ponds.
(1) At this crossroads, turn slightly right and follow the path that runs alongside the Goutte du Magny ponds.
At the Étang de la Noye la Royenne, ignore a path on the right and continue on the main path on the left.
Walk along the Goutte au Maire and Noye Lochard ponds.
(2) Turn left, following the signs. The path goes around the Étang de la Noye Lochard and the Étang de la Goutte au Maire. Just as you leave the forest, leave the main path and turn right, following the signs to reach a paved road, Rue de la Neuvelle.
(3) Take the hairpin turn to the right, then 500 metres further on, take the hairpin turn to the left. The route returns to the Chenebier temple.
(4) At the temple, turn right and leave the village.
(5) Keep an eye on the signposts to follow the path on the left that crosses the meadow and climbs up to the hamlet of Haut des Esserts.
(6) Turn right onto Rue d'Etobon. Admire the beautiful sandstone millstones in the courtyard of the first house.
At the next crossroads, turn right and continue for about 50 metres to reach a beautiful viewpoint over the Vosges mountains.
(7) Return to the crossroads and continue along the road on the right.
(8) At the corner of the Étang Guidoz, turn left onto Chemin des Grandes Planches. At the next crossroads, turn left again onto Rue de la Revenue. Admire the beautiful fountain on the right. After 300 metres, in the bend, leave the road and take the path that climbs opposite through meadows and arrives at a fence.
(9) Continue straight ahead, following the fence on your left. At the end of the path, you will come out onto Rue de la Revenue. Turn left and follow the road. At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue du Bois Battu. Pass the fire station and take the second street on the right, Rue du Chemin Neuf, to return to the starting point (S/E).
