Park in the car park on Rue Eugène Lerebourg.
(S/E) With the railway line on your left and your back to the Lerebourg Factory hall, head straight ahead onto Rue de la Gare.
(1) At the junction, take Rue Adam, which climbs to the left. At the end, continue up the steps to reach Grande Rue. Then turn right to reach the remains of the Porte en Mi.
(2) Continue along the Grande Rue and turn right to pass in front of the wash house. At the junction, continue straight ahead onto Rue du Couchant. Then turn left at the first crossroads, then straight ahead at the second to follow Rue du Levant to Place de la Fontaine.
(3) Go round the fountain on the right and take the first street on the right. Walk past the Maison du Boucher. At the end of the street, look out for a house with a statuette of Saint Peter. Facing this statuette, turn right onto Rue Porte Haute. Walk past the Maison du Gouverneur and reach this gate.
(4) Continue along the street and, at the junction, turn right onto Rue de Sous Vignal, passing in front of the Chapel of Notre-Dame de Bel-Amour. When you reach Route de Salzerais (90B), turn left and look for a path on the right. Take this path. It leads to the Grotte de la Roche Barbotte.
(5) Return to Route de Salzerais and turn right. At the junction with Avenue de la Libération, stay on the main road until you reach the wayside shrine on the left in a green space. Visit the shrine, then return to the road and continue up it to the left. Pass the monument dedicated to Pierre Lifel and reach another wayside shrine.
(6) Return to the junction with Avenue de la Libération and follow it to the right. Then head straight on to the Porte Haute.
(4) Head straight on to the house with the statue of Saint Peter. Continue straight on across the Place d’Armes and pass in front of Saint Peter’s Church. At the junction, turn left onto Rue du Cimetière, then keep right onto Rue de l’Église to reach Place de la Fontaine. Turn right onto Grande Rue, then right again onto Rue du Montant. Then keep going straight ahead until you reach the Parc du Château Carbin.
(7) Enjoy the view, then turn right onto a path with steps. When you reach Rue du Pisuy, turn left, then immediately right onto a shortcut, which leads to another road. Turn right onto the road and, when you reach the Moselle, turn right. Walk past several benches, including one with a heart, as well as several signs. Stay along the river until the end of the path.
(8) Return to the road and head straight ahead. Then enter the park, keeping to the left. At the junctions of the paths, turn left twice, then immediately right, then straight on and finally left to leave the park. Walk up Avenue Eugène Lerebourg on the left before taking Rue du Moulin on the right. At the end, walk up Grande Rue to reach Château Corbin.
(9) Continue to the right, then turn right again onto Rue de Derrière Saint-Martin. Follow this street to the end. Then turn right to reach the car park (S/E).
