Park near the shipyards at Port de Foleux, on the left bank.
(S/E) From the car park by the water's edge, return to the road you arrived on and take the path on the left when you reach the first houses. Climb the steep slope and pass the first hill.
(1) Turn left into the woods about 50 metres after the fence of the last property on the left. Follow the edge of the woods, staying under cover, and go around the left side of the sewage treatment plant basins. When you reach the overlook above the port, follow the path to the right that winds along the top of the slope. Passing from the edge of the plateau to the thalwegs that cut into the hillside, continue until you reach the track that climbs up from the river banks. Turn right to leave the woods.
(2) Shortly after leaving the woods, take the path on the left that winds through the woods again.
(3) Below Trévineuc, turn left to descend towards La Vilaine. At the river, turn right and follow the bank to a small cove. In winter, this passage may be more or less flooded.
(4) Then leave the water's edge and take the path that climbs through the woods to the road. Cross it and continue to the right for a few dozen metres, before turning left to follow the path that climbs up the side of the valley, along the fence of the Domaine du Roffo
(5) During this wooded section, you can see the unusual accommodation (tree houses) available here. At the bottom of this valley is a rock shelter where traces of prehistoric habitation have been discovered. When you reach a wide, straight path, turn left and follow it uphill to reach the plateau (La Grée) between Baragan and Bringuin
(6). Take the road on the right to the first village, then turn right at the second crossroads.
(7) In the centre of the village of Baragan, leave the road that climbs to the left and take the farm track slightly to the right. Continue downhill to the edge of the woods, then turn left and enter the woods. The route then follows a path that climbs up the hillside.
(8) At Guervinan, descend to the right, at the bottom of the valley, cross the stream on the metal footbridge and climb up the opposite slope, going around the hill, until you reach the Trévineuc road. Cross it and follow the path opposite, which will take you back to the farmland on the plateau. The path leads to a farm track. At the end of this track, on the road, turn left through La Grée de Cassan.
(9) At the first houses, turn right and cross the village of Cassan. At the last farmhouse, turn right at the shed onto the path that leads to the Vilaine. After 150 metres, take the path on the left and follow it until you reach the road to the port, passing behind the houses that line the road to Foleux.
(1) Then turn right to return to your starting point (S/E).
