Start: Tréguer beach car park.

(Out and back) Head to the beach and follow theGR®® to the right. Look out for Île Salgren on your left (the island is only visible at high tide).
(1) At Ty an Quer Beach, head up the slope opposite to follow the coastal path to Kervijen Cove (do not cross the footbridge).
"No signposting"
(2) Turn right onto the path that runs alongside the reed bed. Follow it, then turn left and then right to cross the hamlet of Penhoat.
(3) Join the road leading down towards the sea and turn left opposite a transformer. Carry on and take the first road on the left to reach the Saint-Nicodème Chapel (17th century), restored in 1987.
(4) The fountain is 300 metres away (follow the signposts)
(5). Then retrace your steps.
(4) Continue along the path that climbs towards Rozallen.
(6) At the road, turn right and follow this road, leaving Kermerrien on your right, then turn left towards Kerherven.
(7) At the road, turn right, go past a junction and head down towards Penhoat. Pass through this village and then the village of Ty an Quer.
(8) Turn left towards the Tréguer Farm and, just before it, turn right.
Carry on straight ahead to return to the starting car park (S/E).
