Starting point: Tréfeuntec cove car park.
(S/E) From the car park (stele of "Jean Marie Le Bris"), take the road that goes uphill (no entry), turn right to cross the hamlet of Tréfeuntec. Follow the small road towards Plage de Kervel. Then take the first road downhill on the left to join the road to the cove.
(1) Turn right and follow this small road uphill (caution). Continue to the Lestraon farm.
(2) Go around the buildings and turn right onto a farm track that climbs uphill (lovely view). At the top, turn left and continue past Kervel Kreis. At the road, turn left and then right at the next intersection.
(3) Follow this small road down towards the sea and pass Quillien.
(4) At the junction, leave the Trezmalaouen road, which continues along the bay road. Turn left onto the old road that leads into the village. Do not go down to the house (holiday rental sign). Opposite No. 13 (white gate), turn right to rejoin the road to the bay and go down to the left towards the sea, passing alongside the campsite.
(5) At the car park sign, turn left and follow the path up to Pointe de Beg ar Garreg (Pointe du Rocher), marked by a cross.

(6) Return to theGR®34, cross the grassy median (view of Douarnenez Bay). Descend to the beach and follow it to the car park.
(7) Climb up to the left, near the bar, and follow this path overlooking Douarnenez Bay. Pass Beg ar Véchen,
(8) At Pointe de Tréfeuntec (accessible by road: car park), continue towards Beg ar Ty Garde.
(9) The path then runs along Anse de Tréfeuntec, opposite Sainte-Anne beach. TheGR®34leads back to the starting car park (S/E).
