Departure from the Bridoire post office car park.
(S/E) From the car park, cross the road, pass to the left of the church, go up a paved stairway and arrive at a small road. Follow it to the right for 50 m to reach the start of the trail.
(1) Turn right and start climbing. Shortly afterwards, a sign invites you to visit a waterfall.
Return to the main trail and continue climbing to reach a path near the new railway viaduct, pass under the track and continue on the right path. Reach the Combes farm, go around it on the left and continue on the trail that descends towards the stream. Take the footbridge and after about 150 metres you will reach an intersection.
(2) Turn left and tackle a slightly more challenging section on a rocky path, then walk along a meadow to the "Les Roches" intersection.
(3) You can make a round trip to Bagné on a path overlooking the Gorges du Grenand.
(4) From the tarmac road at Bagné, turn around and return to the previous junction with theGR®9.
(3) On your return, leave theGR®9 here and take the path that descends to the village, leading to a small road. Follow it to the right and descend to Les Gavans.
(5) Continue down the quiet road towards the village, coming out onto the main street and turning right. Shortly afterwards, you will see an information panel about the history of the railway bridge.
At the next intersection, turn right onto the street that runs alongside the church and join the Cours du Grenand to discover one last curiosity. Turn back to easily find the car park (S/E).
