(S/E) Start near the wash house. Take the dirt track leading to Le Suquet. Turn left twice, then take the first dirt track on the right.
(1) At Le Suquet, take the gravel path on the right for about 800 metres.
(2) When you reach the edge of a field, turn right and walk along the woods for 100 m, then turn right again.
(3) Turn left and walk for about 1,500 metres towards La Semadié and cross the hamlet.
(4) Turn left onto the Villefranche road.
(5) After about 700 m, take the gravel path before the bridge that climbs towards Ramaillou. When you reach the farm, follow the path that goes around it on the left and walk about 1,500 m to reach the D86 road.
(6) Cross carefully and head towards Bans.
(7) Before Bans, take the path on the right that goes around the hamlet. Then continue to the right and cross a field for a few dozen metres.
(8) Enter the forest and walk for about 600 metres before reaching two chicanes, which you cross in succession to reach the road.
(9) Turn right and climb towards the D86.
(10) When you reach the D86 road, cross it towards the village of Saint-Salvy de Fourestes. At the fork, keep left to return to the starting point (S/E).
