Start from the car park behind Saint-Barthélemy Church.
(S/E) Follow the road towards the village centre.
(1) At the Croix des Missions crossroads, turn left down the road towards Montesquieu-Volvestre. Follow the D40, ignoring the paths on the right, then continue on the D25. Ignore the D74 on the left and continue for a few metres until you reach the junction with the D40.
(2) Turn left towards Montesquieu-Volvestre. Cross the bridge over the Camedon and ignore a road on the left.
(3) At the start of the left-hand bend, turn right onto the wide dirt track and continue straight on. This eventually becomes a tarmac road, then a dirt track again.
Pass the Asque farm and reach a small tarmac road at a place called Château de Mailholas.
(4) Turn right and head down to the D25.
(5) Turn left and follow this road carefully for 1.2 km until you reach the junction on the right leading to Bergeras Farm (just after a bridge).
(6) Follow this road uphill to the end.
(7) At the junction for Le Pierrou, continue along the dirt track, which marks the start of the ridge path. In good weather, enjoy the view of the Pyrenees.
Continue along this path, pass Mauménat and arrive at the D73.
(8) Turn right and head towards Latrape.
(1) Once you reach the Croix des Missions, head towards the church (S/E).
