Start from the car park in front of the church.
(S/E) When leaving the car park, walk past the church and continue straight ahead southwards until you reach a fork in the road at the edge of the village.
(1) Follow the sign for Chapelle Saint-Laurent, turning left. Continue along this small road uphill, pass the wind turbines and arrive at another fork.
(2) Note the pretty little cross. Turn left and descend to the Chapelle Saint-Laurent.
(3). A path in front of the chapel enclosure leads down to a fountain.
(4) Then follow a clearly marked path through the woods, running parallel to the expressway.
(5) At the bottom, ignore the road that climbs to the left, descend a few metres and take the towpath. Follow it for about 5 km. Watch out for holes made by nutria or other rodents scattered here and there along the route. Pass two locks. Shortly after the second one, known as Toul-ar Rodo, continue to the place called Pennagour.
(6) Cross a barely visible path across a field for a few dozen metres, pass to the left of a wire fence to reach a small tarmac road that climbs uphill. Follow it until you return to the starting point (S/E).
