Access: From Malemort, take the Route de Sainte-Féréole and, in Saint-Méxant, turn left at the roundabout towards Chanteix. Follow the small winding road and, just after passing over the motorway, turn left (opposite) towards La Nouaille and Le Rebourg. Just after the bridge over the Maumont Blanc, park on the left. Do not enter the road leading to the waterfall as it is private property.
(S/E) The trail starts on a wide path above the stream (not on the paved road). You can admire the waterfall and the small stream. Continue along this wide path.
(1) At a left-hand bend, turn right onto a narrower path. Further on, do not take the wide path that descends towards the stream and a small bridge. Continue on the right and go through the woods.
Turn left when you see a small private pond on your right, enclosed by a metal fence. Continue along a small path bordered by meadows with horses on your left. On your right, you can see another pretty private pond. When you reach the road, turn right and continue for 300 metres.
(2) Before a slight left turn, take the wide path on the right that enters the forest and follow it to the small stream, which you cross. Then follow the wide path uphill through the woods. You can see the previous pond on your right.
(3) At the next crossroads, turn right onto a wide path that takes you back to the starting point (S/E).
