Departure from the Plimelin cemetery car park.
(S/E) Head towards the village centre, turn right into the first street that passes near the post office and descend towards the village of Kerdugazul.
(1) In this village, take the road on the left, then a path on the left towards Porstarz cove, where you will join theGR®34.
(2) Follow the coastal path towards the south-east (red and white markings).
(3) Cross a small footbridge over a stream (there are tetrahedrons, remnants of the Second World War) and continue along the dunes of Anse du Cabestan beach. Pass Pointe de Penn an Enez and reach the seaweed kilns.
(4) Ignore the two paths that go up to the left and continue straight ahead.
(5) Leaving theGR®34, turn onto a path going up to the left and running alongside a dry stone wall, then follow a path through the moorland to the road at a place called Kéroullou.
(6) Turn left and follow the road heading north-west.
(7) After going straight out of the roundabout, take the path on the right to join thePR® (yellow markings), which you follow to the left. At the cross, cross the road to the south and head towards the hamlet of Le Créac'h.
(8) Before the hamlet, take a path along the edge of the field and, on the right, rejoin thePR® trail, which you follow towards the village of Crustrein.
(9) Cross the road, then the village. At the end of the village, turn right and continue to Saint-Tugen and its imposing chapel.
(10) In front of the car park, take a path on the left until you reach a road, turn left and then turn right onto a path.
(11) At a crossroads, turn right (a muddy section of this path can be avoided by climbing up a field on the right - tolerated passage) to reach a road.
(12) Take this road to the right for a few metres, then turn left. Follow the path, passing two turnings on the right, to reach a small road. Turn left to climb up to the Chapel of Saint-Théodore.
(13) Just after the chapel, first turn right then left to continue towards Primelin, go through the roundabout and reach the cemetery car park (S/E).
