(S/E) With your back to the church, turn left towards Rue Toul à Zoner and, at the end, go down to the harbour esplanade. Note the memorial to those lost at sea on the left (name plaques and sculpture). Continue along the harbour esplanade , taking care if there is activity. Continue along the embankment.
(1) Take a path on the left that runs alongside a private residence, go through a gate and continue along a street that leads to the Audierne bridge over the Goyen. Cross the bridge (view of the mouth of the Goyen River on the right and the castle of Locquéran). At the end of the bridge, an information panel tells the story of the various bridges that have been built to cross this river.
(2) At the roundabout, turn left, walk along the various pontoons of the marina and arrive at another roundabout and a car park.
(3) Turn left, continuing along the marina, and continue along the fishing port where longliners and net fishermen moor. At the end of the quay, continue straight ahead along the towpath below the road to reach the Passerelle des Capucins footbridge. Head for the Vieux Môle beacon, which offers a view of the entrance channel to the port of Audierne.
(4) Retrace your steps and turn left onto this footbridge, built in 1894 using techniques designed by Eiffel: take a look at the small beach at the end of the cove. Continue along the towpath that runs below the old buildings of the École d'Apprentissage Maritime (E.A.M) , only the lower part of which is occupied by a cultural centre. Pass the fish ponds on your right and arrive at an esplanade where you will find the Mât Fénoux dating from 1843 (a turret topped by a metal mast that indicated the direction to take to return to port). It has just been restored by the Heritage Foundation in 2023.
(5) Continue straight ahead on the dyke that leads to the Raoulic Lighthouse, marking the entrance to the port of Audierne. Do not venture there in heavy weather.
(6) Retrace your steps to the Mât Fenoux esplanade.
(5) Go around it to arrive at Trescadec Beach.

Turn your back to the sea and follow Rue du Môle.
(7) Turn right to go down into an exotic garden with children's play equipment. Come back out, cross the street carefully opposite the fish farm workshops and take Rue de Kerguelen opposite, which is marked as a no-entry road. This is the old road that was used before the quays were built. Continue along this street and pass by a landmark (viewpoint overlooking the entrance to the port of Audierne and, on the opposite bank, the maritime district of Poulgoazec with the fish market on the Plouhinec side). Pass a beautiful villa called "Coz Fornig", go over the old E A M, come out onto Quai Jacques de Thézac and walk along another green space with exotic plants on your left.
(8) Turn onto Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, which runs alongside the wall of the former Capuchin convent founded in 1657, and continue along Rue de l'Abbaye and Rue de Keridreuff, which turns left.
(9) At the bend, take the alley of the same name that branches off to the right and descend the stairs to Rue Pasteur. Follow it to the left for a few dozen metres.
(10) Turn right onto Rue Lesné, which runs alongside the tourist office. Cross the square and head towards the marina pontoons.

(1) Go straight ahead, walk past the kayak and paddle club and the old cannery, now a water sports centre, then arrive at a grassy esplanade where a conservatory of buoys used at sea has been created (explanatory panel). Continue along Quai Jean Jade.
(11) Take a small staircase to squeeze through the narrow Rue de Guervian, which climbs steeply to join Rue Dixmude, which you follow to the right. Continue to a fork and arrive at the church car park (S/E).
