Circular along the banks of the Ouche starting from Neuilly-lès-Dijon

Park in the car park at Place de la Liberté in Neuilly-lès-Dijon.

(S/E) Take Rue Général de Gaulle to the left bank of the Ouche.

(1) Follow it to the left along a long path to reach the A31 motorway bridge.

(2) Pass under this bridge, then turn left onto the path running alongside the A31. A few metres further on, you will come to a T-junction.

(3) Take it to the right and you will soon reach the left bank of the Ouche. Continue along the riverbank until you reach a bridge in the village of Fauverney.

(4) Cross the Ouche via this bridge, take the road on the right and you will soon reach the sports grounds. Turn left here and cross the Ru de l'Oucherotte. Continue straight ahead until you reach a Y-shaped crossroads at the edge of the fields.

(5) Turn right, continue straight ahead and rejoin the A31.

(6) Cross the bridge over the A31 and continue straight ahead. Continue between the fields until you reach a T-junction at a place called La Pluviotte.

(7) Turn right at a 90° angle, continue across the fields, then arrive at the Neuilly-lès-Dijon cemetery. Turn right, cross the Ouche and return to the crossroads you passed on the way there.

(1) Retrace your steps and return to the car park at Place de la Liberté (S/E).

Note at (4): on the IGN map, a brand new bridge is not shown 100 metres before the road, which allows you to take the greenway and avoid the D109.

(1) Pond: you can picnic by the pond and swim at Paquier Beach.
