Park in the car park of the Espace Bien-Être "l'Instant" in the hamlet of La Fargère.
(S/E) Head south towards Bourg-Argental. Walk past the house at La Fargère and you will soon come to a crossroads with several directions, including the one towards Le Mont.
(1) Turn left towards the hamlet of Le Mont and walk past it.
(2) Leave the main track and head down to the right onto a grassy path. Follow it straight on until you reach a dirt track.
(3) Turn right and cross the hamlet of Les Oriols (short tarmac section). Take a path on your right at the hairpin bend in the road. Caution: the start of the path is very muddy.
(4) When you reach the crossroads with several directions, take the path going uphill on your right. Then turn right and keep to the right a few metres further on to rejoin the road.
(5) Turn right, cross the hamlet of La Crapaudière, then turn right onto the path running beneath the farm buildings. Pass between the houses of Le Mont, then turn left and follow the outward route back to the original crossroads.
(1) Turn right to make your way back at a leisurely pace to the Espace Bien-Être car park (S/E).
