Mountain bike trail no. 3
(S/E) From the motorhome area, follow the river (against the current) and continue to the stop sign, taking the first dead end on the right.
(1) At the end of the cul-de-sac, turn left onto Rue du Gouffre and continue until you reach the sign for the town exit.
(2) Just before the sign, turn left onto Chemin de Nouvital.
(3) At the fork, follow the path on the right and continue to the Gouffre de Proumeyssac visitor car park at the edge of the forest.
(4) Turn left onto Rue du Gouffre, then right at the staff car park for the cave.
(5) At the crossroads, continue straight on Chemin du Colombet, then turn left onto Chemin du Tertre. Go around a right-hand bend, then a left-hand bend, and continue straight on until you reach Route de Bonnemort.
(6) Continue right until you reach a place called "Bonnemort".
(7) Take the first street on the left, then immediately left onto Chemin du Lavoir.
(8) At the end, turn left onto Route de Saint-Chamassy.
(9) After the sign marking the entrance to the villageof Audrix, take the street on the right towards the fountain (do not take the big hairpin bend to the right, take the next one which leads to the wash house).
(10) At the end of the road, follow Rue Cote de la Baronnie to the right, then left onto Impasse de la Baronnie.
(11) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead towards Le Gravard.
(12) At the end of the road, turn right onto Chemin de Campagne and continue to the next crossroads.
(13) Continue straight ahead until you reach the hamlet of Les Égals.
(14) At the end of Chemin des Égals, turn left and continue to the crossroads.
(15) Turn right onto Route du Peyrat and at the next crossroads, turn left onto Route des Terrières, then at the fork, keep left onto the circular of Cabans.
(16) In the right-hand bend, take the path on the left and continue along the road. Continue downhill to the left, then at the next fork, keep left and go uphill towards La Redonde Haute. Continue straight on until you reach the D703.
(17) Cross it and follow the path opposite (slightly to the left). Stay on this path until you reach the deforested area on the left. Then turn left and you will come to a track suitable for vehicles.
(18) Turn right onto Chemin des Bernards and arrive at a fork a few metres before a road.
(19) Turn left into the Campagne departmental forest (at the barrier) and cross the forest until you reach the exit.
(20) Turn right towards the houses (hamlet of Fongibe). Pass the houses and at the fork, take the left-hand path. At the end of this path, continue left until you reach the departmental road.
(21) At the stop sign, cross the road, continue straight on Chemin de la Grotte and reach the hamlet of Péchalifour.
(22) At the end of the path, continue right (after the large building with an archway at the entrance) on Route des Truffières and you will soon reach a crossroads.
(23) Turn left towards the Forêt de Campagne and continue along the path, keeping to the right at the next crossroads.
(24) At the fork, turn right and then quickly turn sharply left.
(25) At the edge of the forest, turn left, then immediately right and you will come to a fork.
(26) Turn left, pass in front of the polisher and continue along this path.
(27) At the fork, turn left and continue along the winding path, then return to the bottom of the forest. Leave the stairs on your right, then turn left twice to reach Route de Saint-Cyprien.
(28) Follow it to the right until you reach the left-hand bend after passing the stream.
(29) Turn left onto Chemin du Roc de la Benque. Turn left, then right and continue along the path on the right until you reach the road.
(30) Turn right, then take the second road on the left (just behind the Moulin du Porteil).
(31) At the fork, turn right and continue along the path that runs alongside the river until you reach the fork you passed on the way there.
(3) Continue straight on Chemin de Nouvital towards the centre of Le Bugue and take the road you took on the way there to the motorhome area (S/E).
