Park in the car park of the Church of the Parish of John Paul II in La Gorgue.
Information: note the signpost indicating two possible routes: “Chemin des Magots” 7km or 15km.

(S/E) Set off with the church on your right and head towards Rue de Verdun. Continue to the junction with Rue Saint-Roch.
(1) Continue straight ahead along Rue de Verdun, cross the railway line and reach the junction with Avenue des Aulnes.
(2) Turn left onto it, leaving the Allée des Fusains on your left, and at the next junction take a path starting on the left.
(3) Take this path, reach a wider lane, and follow it to a four-way junction.
(4) Turn left and walk 50m across the grass, then turn right to follow the dirt track; this is the Sentier de la Pichotte. Further on, when you reach the road, turn left to cross the railway line. Turn immediately right onto Rue de la Perche, running alongside the tracks. Continue along this road until you reach La Lys. Turn right onto the towpath. You will reach the junction with the Chemin des Prairies.
(5) Continue straight on to the right and, through the woods, reach the junction with the Chemin des Dix Cailloux. Turn left here and follow the path to the junction with the road.
(6) Turn right, follow the road for a few metres, then turn right onto Rue de la Gendarmerie. After passing the railway line, turn right and continue along Rue de la Gendarmerie until you reach the roundabout.
(7) Turn left onto Avenue des Aulnes, then right onto Rue des Érables. Turn left off this street to take the path leading to the ponds. Walk along the left side of the ponds and return to the junction of the path taken on the way there.
(3) Turn right up the small steps and follow the route you took on the way there until you reach the first junction.
(1) Turn left onto Rue Saint-Roch, follow it until you reach Rue du 8 Mai, turn right and you’ll easily reach the church car park (S/E).
