Park in the Saint-Amarin cemetery car park.
(S/E) Walk down Rue Clémenceau for 150 m, then turn right into Rue du Cimetière. After 150 m, take the red/white/red marked trail on the right that climbs towards Stockenberg. After 1.8 km of steep climbing, take the "Stockenberg" variant. Beautiful view of the Thur valley.
(1) At Stockenberg, continue north to reach the forest road, turn right and follow the road. After 1.4 km, at a place called Fels, take the Anneau Rouge marked trail on the left and follow this trail for 1.7 km to a place called Wueste Rucken. The trail leads to the Hintervogelbach forest road.
(2) At Wueste Rucken, take the forest road on the right for 50 m. At the end of the bend, turn left onto the Anneau Rouge marked trail, passing the Saint-Nicolas chapel, then reach a small pass upstream from the Auberge du Mehrbächel.
(3) Descend to the right along the track skirting Meerbaechle to reach the inn.
(4) Turn around at the inn's car park.
(3) At the small pass, follow the Chapel Route, taking thesecond track on the right, and climb towards Geishouse-Hoehe.
(5) At the Hoehe, take the road on the left for 100 m to see the panorama of the Vue des Alpes.
(6) Turn back 50 m and continue straight on to the edge of the forest. Turn left onto the GR®532 trail marked with a yellow rectangle to descend towards Saint-Amarin. After 1.7 km of descent, cross a first forest path, continue on the trail for 200 m, follow the second path for 50 m, then turn right onto the trail to the viewpoint.
(7) Turn around and take the path marked with a yellow rectangle on the left towards Saint-Amarin. At the first houses, cross Rue du Herrenwald and turn left onto Rue du Kattenbach. Go around the church and go up Rue Clémenceau on the right to reach the cemetery car park (S/E).
