Park in one of the car parks at Pont de l'Alpe on the edge of the D1091.
(S/E) Take the wide track that heads due east and stay on it, leaving the shortcut trail on your left. This track ends in a footpath.
(1) Continue south-west on the good path. After an almost horizontal crossing, begin a slight climb and, after a few distant hairpin bends, reach the Carrefour du Chemin du Roy.
(2) Here, join theGR®50marked in red and white and take this path on the left. Begin a slight descent through the mountain pastures before entering the woods.
(3) Continue through the woods and arrive above the mountain hamlet of Alpe du Lauzet, then at the crossroads of four paths.
(4) Join the wide track between the chalets and the Torrent du Rif, take it to the left and follow it until you reach the car park (S/E).
