Departure from the east side of Rosheim, via D35 Avenue de la Gare. At the roundabout in the commercial area, turn right towards the fire station and park in the DIY store car park.

(S/E) Take Rue Jean Mentelin and the "Circuit des balcons" towards Rosenwiller, pass the fire station and continue straight ahead. In the fields, at an electricity pylon, take a small dirt track on the left to reach a three-way junction.
(1) Take the second path on the right through the vineyards. Take a wide path on the left. At the next crossroads, pass a bench on your right and continue straight ahead. After about 100 metres, ignore the path on the left that leads back to the village and continue to the crossroads where there is a fountain.
(2) Turn left towards Rosheim, then right before the first houses. Continue straight ahead above Rosheim and, once you reach the road, turn right and go up to a wine-growing hut called Schiesshissel.
(3) Turn left to stay on the lower path.

(4) Before the first houses in Rosewiller, turn right onto a fairly steep climb. You are now on the "De collines en vignobles" discovery trail, which has numerous information panels.
At the top of the climb, turn left towards a calvary and continue straight ahead to reach the viewpoint with an orientation table located just after on the left. Return to the path and turn left.
(5) Leave the path and enter the woods. Look for the sign for "Collines du Holiesel et du Berg", a protected site with a Mediterranean feel.
Further on, leave the main path and turn left onto a small trail, then climb up to the right until you reach a stone cross. Turn left again.
(6) Go down to the left towards an isolated building. When you reach a road (Rue des Romains), go down to the left towards Rosenwiller.
(7) Cross the departmental road with caution (no pedestrian crossing) and take Rue de Grendelbruch opposite, walking on the Voie Verte on the left-hand side. Near the Jewish cemetery, go up to the left along Rue du Wisch. After the L.P.O. premises, continue straight ahead along Chemin du Reispfad (towards Boersch).
(8) Turn left towards Rosheim. At the bottom of the road, keep left along the edge of the vineyards to reach Chemin du Papierenberg.
(9) Turn right towards Rosheim. Continue straight ahead, passing a reservoir and ignoring the "Circuit des balcons" on your right. Continue on the "Circuit du vignoble".
Above Rosheim, continue downhill opposite Rue de la Burck, towards the hospital. Continue left onto Rue des Vosges and go down Rue de la Chapelle opposite.
(10) Turn left onto Rosheim's main street, Rue du Général de Gaulle. You will see the Romanesque house and medieval garden, the neo-classical Saint-Étienne Church, the Lion Gate, the Romanesque Saints Pierre et Paul Church, and the various gates that remain from the medieval walls.
Continue along the street, which now becomes Avenue du Général Leclerc.
(11) At the restaurant "À l'ours blanc", turn left onto Rue du Stade. Near the Roseraie, turn right onto Rue du Neuland to return to the starting point (S/E).
