Start from the Place de l'Église.
(S/E) With your back to the church, head left to the road junction and follow the Blue markings along the D30a to the left. Pass a cross and a well, then take the D21b to the right.
(1) Take the first path on the right, which soon becomes grassy. Pass a turn-off on the left, walk alongside a small pond, then take a wide, carriageable path on the right to the D40.
(2) Follow it carefully to the right as far as the football pitches. Then turn left onto a track.
(3) Follow the D30a carefully to the left, then, under the power line, take the path on the left which descends to a large pond, then climbs back up and joins another path to follow on the right. At an old building, turn right.
(4) Cross the D30a carefully at Les Pinettes, walk alongside the gable end of a house, then take the path slightly to the left (blue and yellow markings).
(5) At the first junction, turn right, then take care at the second. Follow the yellow markings to the left, leaving the blue markings to the right.
(6) Follow the yellow markings carefully at the following junctions. Head south down to the Ruisseau de l’Étang des Nielloux, then follow it to the left until you reach a ford. Then take the path on the right; the Étang de Saint-Éloi will appear on your left.
(7) Once you reach Le Terreau (sign no. 1 telling the story of a wolf’s passage, the central theme of the Yellow route), turn sharply right onto a farm track. Continue straight on at the next two junctions, then turn right at the T-junction. Walk a good hundred metres and you’ll find a path branching off to the left.
(8) Take this path, then continue left at the next three-way junction. Follow the blue markings again. Pass under a power line and reach the D40.
(9) Cross carefully and continue straight ahead. At the four-way junction, turn right, cross a small road and rejoin the D40 at a stone cross.
(10) Carefully follow the D40 to the left towards Mosnay, cross the bridge, then take the track on the left, before the cemetery. Continue straight on along a farm track which climbs and joins the D30a.
(11) Then turn right and you’ll come to the well and the cross you saw at the start. Simply retrace your steps to return to the church car park (S/E).
