Start from the roundabout on Avenue du 1er Mai in Tarnos, small shaded car park.
(S) Follow the track between the road and the railway line. Cross at the small bend to the left.
(1) Turn right onto the cycle path leading into the moorland. Follow this path.
(2) Cross the beach road and take the track on your right that runs alongside the avenue. After about 500m, take the track on the left that leads into the forest alongside a housing estate and crosses the Anguillère.
(3) A little further on, a bridge spans the Boudigau, a small canal.
(4) Follow the canal, turning left until you reach Avenue de la Plage in Labenne; cross the road at the small bridge surrounded by the campsite.
Continue along the Boudigau (at Les Pins Bleus campsite you can hire canoes). Carry on until you reach La Pointe campsite; you are now in Capbreton.
(5) Follow the canal until you come to a small bridge leading to the beaches.
(6) Keep following the cycle path along Avenue de l’Adour and Avenue de Biarritz until you reach the main Avenue de Tassigny.
(7) Head up the avenue to the left towards the SERS and you’ll find yourself at the beach, which you’ll follow; you’ll pass behind the new Casino to reach the port of Capbreton (E).
