Description of the walk

From the Aurère lodge (S), retrace the previous day’s route in the opposite direction until you reach the junction with the scout trail.
Then continue straight ahead on the GRR2.
Head down to the footbridge at the Grande Ravine.

(1) Cross it and head slightly uphill opposite, then head south-east to reach and cross Ilet à Bourse.

(2). Continue south on the^GR®, cross the Bras d’Oussy then head west. Reach a junction of paths after a wayside shrine.

(3) Leave the GRR2 on your left, take the path on the right to cross the Gousse plateau, then rejoin the GRR2.

(4) Continue straight on towards Ecole; at the next junction, turn left to return to the Cayenne lodge (E)
