Start at the church square, where there are parking spaces.
(S/E) From the church square, follow the D59 towards Préval and L'Huisne. Continue straight on.
(1) Go under the railway bridge and turn left onto a stony track that runs alongside the railway line.
(2) Turn onto the small path on the right, passing through Le Petit Creux, and rejoin the D59.
(3) Follow it to the left for 100 metres. Then take a path on the right leading to La Garenne and coming out at Le Tertre.
(4) Continue straight ahead along a dirt track and, at the first junction, go down the steep path to the road.
(5) Follow it to the left, pass in front of La Galaisière and, at the bend, take a dirt track straight ahead which leads, via a steep slope, to
Coëfferie.
(6) Follow the road to the left for 500 metres.
(7) At a place called La Mussardière, on the edge of the forest, turn left onto the downhill path.
(8) At the end, after Bois Guyot, take the road on the left for 500 metres and pass in front of the Tuilerie des Saules. Continue along the road before turning left then right towards La Petite Mare.
(9) Follow the dirt track all the way and, at the crossroads between two paths, turn right.
(10) When you reach L’Orgerie, cross the road with care. Follow the tarmac path towards La Milsandière. Pass the first path on the right before turning in that direction to walk alongside a fenced-off property.
(11) Once you have gone round the track, turn left at the crossroads. Walk down alongside the property and, at the bottom, turn left again.
(12) Continue straight on along the path downhill, pass La Ponjardière and turn left when you reach the level crossing. Follow this path to return to the junction from the outward journey.
(2) Continue straight on to return to Avezé via the opposite route to the outward journey (S/E).
