Source of the Huveaune, the Oratoire de Miette and the Castelette cave
If you would like to discover a pretty spring in the South of France, I recommend a circular route starting from the Plateau, passing by the Oratoire de Miette, the Tumulus des Béguines and the Chemin de Rois.
You will discover the spring and its magnificent colours and the Castelette cave on the way back.
Roustagnon de Bandol and the coastal path
A hike in the Bandol countryside. A beautiful climb in the heart of nature. Step off the path a little for better views. The return trip is along the coastal path. You will walk along the Mediterranean Sea and its red earth or the water against a blue-green backdrop. A very pleasant narrow path, a steep descent and numerous steps await you. A hundred metres before you arrive, don't hesitate to go down the steps to the Baie de la Rénécros for lunch on the beach.
La Clarée with its banks and the Débaret waterfall
Discover La Clarée from the right and left banks.
A pleasant walk, sometimes a little difficult but so enjoyable in the cool air.
A route close to the river, with flowers and vegetation depending on the season.
And, of course, the beautiful and impressive Débaret waterfall.
You start by walking through part of an authentic village, with its weathered, exposed timber houses.
Then, get up close and personal with nature at its most charming.
Morgiou - Sugiton - La Falaise des Toits - Le Belvédère
You will discover a route dotted with superb and well-known places, such as the Port of Morgiou and the Sugiton calanque, with its magnificent colours.
Of course, expect a difficult hike with a vertiginous passage and a descent with a chain of about ten metres, a vertiginous and difficult passage through a crevice and a descent via a chain/iron ladder.
You will climb rock steps to reach the impressive Falaise des Toits. And finally, the Belvédère with its superb views.

The Pastré ridge, Rolland cave, Voire fountain
You will enjoy a beautiful, challenging hike with magnificent views of the Marseille harbour. And challenging is the right word, as this route is suitable for brisk walking with many difficult climbs. As you walk through Pastré Park, you will often be in the shade of the trees. This hike is suitable for hot weather.

Crossing the Calanques National Park from Cassis to Marseille
Experienced hikers, this route is for you! With many beautiful and challenging sections, some of which are dizzying, you will cross the Calanques National Park from east to west, from Cassis to Marseille. Enjoy superb views: Cap Canaille, then the many calanques, including the green/blue Sugiton calanque. The small ports of Callelongue and Les Goudes welcome you before the difficult climb up the Col de Béouveyre after many kilometres.

The Col du Paradis from the Sainte-Anne Chapel
