A very pleasant route for the whole family, with no difficulty at all. The route is situated in the valley between Meyronne and the Dordogne. You can see the old kiln of a very old tile works, with its manor house at the edge of the hamlet of Laborie; then we arrive at Port de Creysse where, in summer, a boat can take you across the Dordogne. The return journey takes you through walnut groves in the valley.

Flat route around Gramat Animal Park. The first part is on the Causse plateau in the meadows, with beautiful views of the villages and hills. From point (5), we go around the animal park where you can see a few animals.

A very lovely route, offering the chance to discover the fountains and washhouses around Alvignac. The first part of the route follows a small road, and the second part takes you along paths and through woodland.

A beautiful hike from Belcastel to Bastit, returning via the village of Meyraguet. This walk can be done in sunny weather, as much of it is in the forest. You can admire the L'Ouysse valley below. After crossing the road at (2), head towards the magnificent village of Le Bastit on the banks of the Dordogne, overlooked by its castle. The return journey is along a path overlooking the Dordogne. No difficulty, just a slight incline.

A walk around Martel, nicknamed ‘the town of seven towers’, taking in the botanical trail, with lovely views of Martel and its surroundings. The route ends in the narrow streets of the old town, the Halles, the Palais de la Raymondie, etc. The walk starts at the station heading towards the D23: take care as you’ll need to walk a good hundred metres along the departmental road. This walk is suitable for children and in sunny weather, as there are plenty of shaded spots along the route.

A very pleasant and easy walk suitable for children, passing through the village of Cieurac and past its castle, then climbing up to the hillside with a beautiful view of the town of Souillac. After passing through walnut groves, the route follows the banks of the Dordogne, with opportunities for swimming in summer.

A very pleasant walk starting from Rocamadour station, including a visit to the village of Blanat; the route is flat and suitable for children, with half of the route in the shade.

A walk around Loupchat, a small, typical village in the Lot, near Martel. It has a beautiful church, a bread oven and more. This walk is suitable for children; it is not at all difficult, consisting of stone-paved paths, woodland and a few small roads. It ends with a very pretty little path through the woodland.
