In the middle of the Pâtis, a hike that can be done in all seasons. The name of this hike came from my imagination as I took the "grand Pâtis" path, which is outside the route. The routes are created by hikers. A pâtis is an uncultivated meadow or cattle pasture.

A hike along the Atlantic coast, from Les Sables d'Olonne to Château d'Olonne. In all seasons, preferably during days of high tides, to admire the surf at Puits d'Enfer.

Hike along the dunes, forest and marshes. A biotope waiting to be discovered.

Hike undertaken in July on the Alsatian side. Discover the flora and fauna on the pastures of the Vosges.

In a steep-sided valley. A hike along the Lay River at a place called "Le Grand Bateau". The Lay River flows through part of the Poitevin Marshes and empties into the Atlantic Ocean between La Faute-sur-Mer and L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer.

The Troussepoil Adventure Trail and discovery of the village of Le Givre.

The village of Mareuil-sur-Lay-Dissais, crossed by the River Lay, is a stopover for hiking in this wooded valley. Fauna and flora are abundant.

Former mining basin, Faymoreau Petite Cité de Caractère in Vendée. Worth visiting for its geological history, its mining museum, its miners' houses and its miners' chapel with its stained glass windows. A walk through the countryside on an old railway line, along the banks of the river "La Vendée" and through orchards.

A nature walk through the Bois de la Boule to the Verrerie de Faymoreau in the Vendée. Suitable for walking or mountain biking. Risk of flooding during wet weather.

From La Roche-sur-Yon to Venansault, along shaded paths through meadows, woods and streams. From town to countryside in just a few steps...

There are many pedestrian paths to discover in Mervent forest.

This route takes you through the Parc de la Grière, past the various beaches at La Tranche-sur-Mer and past the lighthouse halfway along the route. In summer, arrive early and at low tide.
