Description of the walk

Leave your vehicle in the visitor car park north of the village, towards Coudert, Pré Cohadon, near the craft brewery and the small reconstructed mill.

(S/E) Walk down the street towards the village centre. For a round trip, climb the steps on the left to the viewpoint at the cross. Walk back down and continue left along the road. You will arrive at the crossroads with the fountain and the church.

(1) Turn right, then go down the steps on the left towards the Cellier Muratois. At the bottom, note the bread oven on the right, go straight ahead past the local produce shop and continue until you reach a street. Take the path opposite behind a gate marked Panorama. At the top, you will find an orientation table.

(2) Go back down, go through the gate again, then turn left onto the street. At the end of the street, turn left and continue on the path that goes around the basalt promontory on the right. You will arrive at the crossroads by the church.

(1) Take the street again, in the opposite direction to the way you came, towards the town hall-museum. Enter the courtyard of the town hall-museum and cross to the other side. Continue along the path parallel to the road to reach the small mill and then the visitor car park (S/E).
