In Andrezé, opposite the Town Hall, take Rue du Pontreau, walk down 150 m and park in the car park on the right (Vallée de la Noue).
(S/E) Return to Rue du Pontreau and turn right.
(1) At the three-way junction, carry straight on, ignoring the path on the right which will be your return route. Once you reach La Briardière, continue left along the path leading to La Bouchetière.
(2) Take the path on the left, then the first path on the right, which leads to the Chemin de Jallais.
(3) At this point, a path marked with a small white sign with a blue arrow begins. Head left until you reach the tarmac road. Turn right and then take thefirst road on the right.
(4) At a place called Versenne, turn left onto a path that descends to Moulin Neuf. Cross the access road to La Houssaye and continue along the path opposite, which first turns left then right before reaching the footbridge at Moulin Neuf.
(5) Turn right without crossing the footbridge and continue along the new signposted path that runs alongside the River Èvre. You’ll come to a junction.
(6) Two possible routes are clearly signposted: straight on back to Versenne, or left towards Moulin de Pomail and then La Hérissière (route). Turn left and continue until you reach Moulin de Pomail. Do not cross the Évre but turn right and head towards La Hérissière.
(7) Follow the road to the left for about 300 m, then, at the top of the hill, take the path on the right which rejoins the Chemin de Jallais. At the T-junction, turn left then right along the path. Once on the Chemin de Jallais, continue to the right and join the tarmac road (end of the blue arrow markings).
(8) Take the road to the left for 300 m. At the bend, leave the road and follow the path to the left which runs alongside the nurseries, winding several times to the right and left. You will reach La Grande Guerche.
(1) Take the road on the left to return to the starting car park (S/E).
