The hike starts at the crossroads of Rue du Moulin and Rue de Pen en Toul.
(S/E) Turn left onto Chemin du Moulin (follow theGR®) and then turn right onto Chemin de Kerledan.
(1) Take theGR® on the right before the chicane. Continue along the road on the right and go straight ahead.
(2) Turn left onto Rue de la Montagne and then left again onto Rue du Drenez. Then continue straight ahead until you reach the Île de Berder crossing. Depending on the tide, you can walk around the island (please note that the path is only accessible at low tide; see the information board for tide times). A coastal path allows you to walk around the island, but the centre is private and normally not accessible.
We continue straight on towards Port de Larmor.
(3) Before the first house, turn left and head down towards the beach. There is a beautiful view of Île aux Moines and Gavrinis. At the end of the beach, there is an orientation table.
After the port, follow the path along the coast, passing under the car park.
(4) At the end of the beach path, continue to the left (if you turn right, you can go back up to the village of Larmor-Baden, where you will find shops, cafés, bakeries, etc.). Follow Chemin de Port Lagaden and go past it.
(5) At Berchis Beach, follow the coast and take the stairs on the left.
(6) At Paludo Beach, take the path on the left and then straight ahead.
Follow the beach, but be careful at high tide and spring tides, as it may be difficult to pass.
(7) Follow the road to Locmiquel (Chemin du Carheu) then follow the coast.
(8) At the exit, take the road on the left, at the next crossroads, follow the road on the left. At the end of this road, take the path opposite. Beautiful view of the entrance to the gulf. After the path, take the road on the left.
(9) Turn onto the road on the left. At the end of this road, take the path on the right.
You will come to an intersection with a road, the Route des Sept Îles. You can walk around it at low tide (the sandy passage is covered at high tide) (S/E).
