Acclimatisation at Ice Lake

This hike is a day of acclimatisation during the Annapurna Circuit trek. It can be done as a round trip from Bhraka, or by continuing on to Manang.

It requires good physical condition and gradual acclimatisation as the highest point of the hike is at 4650m (Ice Lake).
