The tour is magnificent, with very varied trails (forest, ridges, paths, etc.)
Tour completed by two people independently (bivouacking) over two days
Departure from the D292 near Cariche to bivouac on the Jura ridges before Colomby de Gex (magnificent sunsets and sunrises over Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc)
Please note that the GPX track for the circuit is not exactly the same as the tracks for the two stages suggested: https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-lele... and https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-mijo...
In addition, the Mijoux-Lelex track is no longer accurate on the Montrond side due to the GR trail being diverted in the Crozat mountain pastures because of private sheep grazing with Patou.
For the Mijoux-Lelex route, on arrival at Lelex, we preferred to take the path that runs alongside the Valserine (very nice) rather than ending up on the tarmac road.
