Start at the bridge on the old departmental road between Saint-Laurent and Kernaoher Bras: park on the side of this road.
(S/E) With your back to the bridge, take the path on the right heading north-west, which follows the Stang stream. At the first crossroads, turn right, then left at the next one to join the D35.
(1) Follow it to the right for a few metres and cross it carefully to take the path opposite the Besmen waste collection centre. At the crossroads, turn left, then cross the stream and head up towards Kerzu Creïz to rejoin a road.
(2) Turn right, then left 300 metres further on and continue to the four-way crossroads.
(3) Turn right for about 100 m and turn onto the left-hand path that winds between the fields and joins a road at a place called Keromnès after crossing a stream.
(4) Go up the tarmac road on the right to Le Gollen. At the crossroads, go down to the left, pass the entrance to Le Moulin du Gollen on your right and continue straight ahead on the dirt track. At the next fork, keep to the right, go down to the stream and cross it. Go up, ignoring the path on the right, and arrive at the junction with the old railway line.
(5) Turn left at a right angle onto the railway line, then enter the undergrowth and cross the Guillec to reach a crossroads.
(6) Turn left along the valley and follow the path that passes by Créac'h Piguet. At the intersection before the hamlet, continue on the path to the left which descends steeply towards a tarmac road. Cross this road and descend opposite to the Pont Kérinec fish farm. Cross the bridge and go up the road to another crossroad.
(7) Turn right towards Bodréziou for about 100 metres.
(8) Follow the dirt track on the right which leads you into a small wood. When you come out of the wood, take the road on the left and you will arrive at the Kervillerm crossroads.
(9) Turn left and continue until you reach the exit of the hamlet of Kernaoher Bihan. Take the path on the right for about 100 metres until you reach the footpath in the woods.
(10) At this point, leave the path that descends and take the track slightly to the left into the woods until you reach the meadow and join the D35.
(11) At the end of the safety barrier, cross the road with caution. After a few metres, take the dirt track on the right which leads to a road. Follow this road to the left until you reach the starting point (S/E).
