Park in the designated area right next to the wash house.
The entire route is officially marked in yellow.
(S/E) To start, take the path heading south-west (facing the washhouse) which goes round the back of the houses.
(1) At the first junction, turn left.
(2) Opposite the Tree of Liberty, take the road on the right. Follow it down for about 600 metres. At the first hairpin bend on the right, take the path opposite.
(3) About 100 metres further on, head slightly to the right towards the descent. Keep going straight on. The path descends steeply alongside a patch of dry grass.
(4) Turn sharply right, continue for about 150 metres, veer left and carry on down the slope.
(5) At a crossroads where four paths meet, turn right towards the nearby chicken coop and the D220. Cross the D220, then follow the white track opposite for 100 metres until you reach two more chicken coops. Cross another road and continue straight ahead, still keeping to the right. The track climbs, running alongside a woodland on the left.
(6) At the top, at a crossroads where four paths meet, carry on straight ahead towards the descent through the woods towards the aerodrome runway.
(7) Facing the aerodrome fence, turn right and walk alongside the runway on your left. At the end of the runway, turn left up the slope.
(8) At the top, you’ll come to a T-junction. Turn right and follow the path until you reach the road.
(9) At the road, turn right and follow it to the finish point (S/E).
