Start at the church of Saint-Maurice-la-Clouère (listed, 12th century).
(S/E) Walk alongside the cemetery until you reach a housing estate, cross it and, at the dead end, take the path on the left. When you reach the main road through the village, turn right, pass the town hall, and continue to the roundabout.
Turn right again, then leave the D13 and turn right towards Puy Félix.
(1) At the three-way junction, continue left then go straight on to leave the hamlet and take the path across the fields. Continue along this path to the hamlet of "Crochet". Turn left and you’ll come to a new tarmac road; turn right at the junction.
(2) At the next junction, take the road on the right, towards “Château du Pin”.
Walk through the hamlet until you reach a junction, then turn left onto a tarmac road.
Take the next right, then a second right until you reach a small bridge (“Le pont qui tremble”), arriving in Brion.
(3) In the village, turn immediately right and cross the Clouère as you leave the village. On the descent from this bridge, turn right again, running alongside the lay-by. Continue along the path until you cross a private property (watch out for dogs). Leave the road on your left and the bridge on your right, continuing through the fields.
(4) At the edge of the fields, turn right onto the D741 (watch out for traffic), then take the first right until you reach another property, which you cross via the path on the left.
Turn right and continue through the fields, following the path until you reach a fork. Turn left.
(5) When you reach La Liardière, take the second right, pass the next two streets on your right and arrive at the three-way junction. Turn right towards Puy Félix.
When you reach Puy Félix, turn left to rejoin the path you took on the way there.
(1) Turn left and follow this path in the opposite direction to the church of Saint-Maurice-la-Clouère (S/E).
