Park in the sailing school car park.
(S/E) With your back to the sea, go around the star-shaped roundabout and take the fourth street on the left, Allée des Dunes. Cross Allée des Mouettes then turn left into Allée des Goélands.
(1) At the small roundabout, leave the road and turn right onto theGR®34(red and white markings), then continue straight on to Allée des Acacias (D34). Turn right onto the wide path parallel to the road, go around the old station and continue right onto Rue de l'Islet. At the sharp left-hand bend, leave the tarmac road and follow the path on the right to the crossroads before the bridge, following the markings.
(2) Take the path on the left (yellow markings) which runs alongside the Islet. Follow the green markings to the ruins of the Hunaudaye mill.
(3) Cross the Islet on the footbridge and turn right, continuing to follow the green markings.
(4) Leave the yellow markings and turn right. Cross the hamlet of Querbet, then at the crossroads, follow the track opposite, slightly to the right. Pass in front of a large farm building and turn right (elevation 46).
(5) Be careful not to miss the small path on the left that quickly turns right and follow it to the hamlet of Beaumont. Turn right and then almost opposite, take Rue des Mares. Then continue right on Rue Saint-Michel.
(6) At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue de la Vallée Denis, which is also part ofthe GR®34, and follow it almost to the end.
(7) Be careful not to miss theGR®34, which leaves the road and continues to the right, cutting through the heathland and gorse. Magnificent view of the sea and the cliffs of Cap Fréhel. Once back on the road, don't miss the continuation ofthe GR®34on the right.
(8) Turn right and continue to the viaduct. Do not continue straight ahead as you will come to a ford, which is quite difficult to cross. In any case, the crossing is only passable depending on the tides.
(9) Climb onto the viaduct and cross it.
(2) Continue straight ahead, retracing your steps along theGR®34.
(1) Go straight on along Allée des Goélands, then take the first street on the right, which will take you straight back to the starting point (S/E).
