From there, continue to the end of the port to take the path that runs along the coast. You will reach the cove of Fort René.
(1) Continue along the path following the coast. The path is marked in places with orange round signs indicating the direction to follow. The coast then becomes wilder, and you will reach the guardhouse.
(2) Continue on thePR® and go around the tip of the island, passing well beyond the large rock (visible from a distance).
(3) Walk for a few moments on the tarmac road and then rejoin the coastal path, which leads to a beautiful stone house with a turret.
(4) Walk around it and you will come back onto the tarmac road a few metres further on.
Follow this road and take the right-hand road at the junction. Shortly afterwards, you will see a wash house on the left near a small lake. Head towards this wash house and continue until you reach it.
(5) Walk along the left side of the lake to return to a tarmac road. Turn left and, a few metres further on, follow the road that climbs towards the lighthouse.
