Parking on Rue Quai d'Auxerre in the port (located near the tourist office).
(S/E) With your back to the sea, head east on theGR®34 trailthat runs along the coast. Cross the playground. Continue to Rue Coadou, walk past the houses to reach the restaurant "Le Bellevue" on the corner.
Walk past the beautiful "Brittany & Spa" building. Take a short detour onto the pier and continue along Boulevard Sainte-Barbe. Head towards the Sainte-Barbe chapel, which you can see on the hill.
(1) Go down a series of steps to join theGR®34, which runs safely along the sea, leaving the industrial area on your right. Head to the harbour master's office.
(2) Take a road to reach the ferry terminal. Walk along the car park to reach the marina.
(3) Continue through the marina area, walking alongside the boats moored in the harbour. Go straight ahead to reach the harbour office at the end of the road. Enter the marina and walk alongside the bar.
Climb the stairs to reach the exotic garden. Walk along the area, leaving the garden on your left, to reach the garden car park. On the right, go under the railway line and then turn left.
(4) At the end of this section, turn right onto a slight incline. At the top of this hill, immediately turn left onto the Penn Al Lann path and enter a charming village with small houses.
Cross the railway line and follow the road, then at the end turn left to descend to the Grande Grève. Walk along the car park and then take the path that is being repaired. Follow this path.
(5) From here, leave theGR®34and follow thePR® "Le circuit des fontaines" marked in yellow on the posts. Follow the path and head towards the village of Kerlissiec. When you reach the village square, turn right immediately onto a narrow lane that will take you downhill and allow you to enjoy the Roscovite countryside.
Follow the road and continue to the level crossing to cross the railway line.
(6) Turn left and head back up into the village.
(7) Go downhill to take a dirt track that will take you past fields of artichokes and onions, typical of Roscoff. Follow the railway line to the Bonne Nouvelle roundabout.
(8) Walk past the biscuit factory on your left to reach Creach Keravel.
(9) Enter Kerestat Wood by crossing the wooded residential area. Follow the yellow markings to the wood, which you will then enter.
(10) When you leave the woods, immediately take the road on the left, then take a path on the left at the village of Peunfeunten. Follow the path. Before entering the village of Kersulguen, turn right and then go straight on to return to the sea.
(11) You have now reached the western part of the peninsula. You must now head north-east. Depending on the tide, you can either walk along the coast staying on the beach or take the road that runs alongside the beach to reach the biological station to the north.
Then cross the village heading east to return to the Quai d'Auxerre car park (S/E). You can enjoy the many shops and restaurants in the centre of this beautiful town (crêperie, restaurant).
