(S/E) From the stadium car park, turn right onto the D18. After 100 metres, turn right (DFCI sign). Continue along the road until you reach a fork, then turn left (DFCI sign). Continue along the tarmac road, passing a small stream which is actually a river (Touloubre).
(1) The road climbs uphill to the right. Cross a plateau to reach the road (D17).
(2) Cross the road and continue straight ahead, passing alongside a property (La Bastide du Loup). At a fork, turn right to cross a bridge under the TGV line.
(3) Immediately after the bridge, turn left and take a path on the right to enter the forest via a wide track.
(4) Pass a cistern on the left and continue straight ahead on the track until you reach a barrier. Go through the barrier and continue straight ahead until you reach an intersection.
(5) Turn right onto a wide track and pass a cistern. Continue straight ahead until you reach a high-voltage power line.
(6) Turn right to go through a barrier. Continue along the track, following the high-voltage power line. About 700 metres from the barrier, you will come to an intersection. Turn right onto the track that leads away from the power line.
(7) At a crossroads, continue straight ahead and turn left at the next intersection. Head north to reach a ruin (a place called Le Mazet).
(8) Go around it on the left to reach a track. From there, turn right and continue north to reach the road (D17) again.
(9) Cross the road and after 50 metres turn left onto a path on the right (marked with red and whiteGR® signs). Leave the marked path and take a path that leads to the TGV line. At the intersection, turn right to pass under the TGV bridge.
(10) After the bridge, turn left to follow a path that runs alongside the railway line. At an intersection, turn left and then right at a fork. Cross the fields, heading north-east. At a fork where there is a cistern, turn right, still heading north-east. At several intersections, continue straight ahead to cross a bridge over a river (the Touloubre).
(11) Follow the tarmac road and then turn right onto a path that runs alongside some houses. Walk alongside a field and you will come to another tarmac road that leads to a fork. Continue along the road towards the village. At an intersection, turn left to pass in front of a swimming pool and return to the stadium car park. (S/E)
