Park in the car park after the Pornichet racecourse, at the end of Chemin du Baudry.
(S/E) Head north-east, parallel to the D392, following the yellowPR®® markings. At the junction with Chemin du Courtil Landais, turn left and continue to follow the yellow markings. At the bend, turn left and follow the path which curves to the right and heads due east.
(1) When you reach the junction, turn left and follow Chemin du Padioux. Keep right at the next fork to join Chemin du Pont Saillant opposite a travellers’ site. Turn left, then take a path on the right which curves further to the right to run alongside the D392. Continue along the path until it moves away from the road, turning right towards Les Forges.
(2) Cross a small road and continue straight ahead. Do the same at the four-way junction and join the Route de la Briqueterie.
(3) Cross over to the opposite side onto the Route du Parc de la Fontaine, then turn onto the first path on the right. Turn left, following the yellow markings, then cross the Route des Forges and continue straight ahead. After crossing the small wooden bridge and the footbridge, turn right onto the Chemin du Pont Hervo.
(4) At the end of Chemin du Pont Hervo (less than 100 m), turn left then immediately right. Keep to the right at the fork onto Chemin des Grandes Fraiches, then continue straight on along Chemin de l’Algate to reach the hamlet of Bignon Joli.
(5) At the junction at the end of the path, turn right (Route du Haut Bignon Joli) and carry straight on until you reach a four-way junction.
(6) Turn left (Route de la Villès Blais); at the roundabout, continue straight ahead onto Chemin de la Monerie until you find a path on the right, at the start of the left-hand bend in the road.
(7) Take this path and follow it to the junction with a track suitable for vehicles (Chemin des Venelles). Follow it to the left until you reach the four-way junction at Ville ès Chaussée.
(8) Head straight on along Chemin de l’Île Verte, then turn right onto Chemin du Clos Bernard.
(9) Turn left onto the Chemin de la Fontaine du Pouligas, which first turns right then left further on before joining the Route de la Ville Mouilleron.
(10) Turn left towards La Croix du Lin and go straight on at the junction.
(11) Leave the road by taking the path on the left. At the end of the path, turn right then take the first left onto Chemin des Virées des Landes. Ignore the two streets on the left.
(12) At the end of the street, turn right onto the path (still marked in yellow) and follow it to the junction with the Chemin de la Ville Bertho. Turn left and continue along the Route d’Ermur, passing the Chemin du Clos Roux on your left.
(13) Leave the Route d’Ermur and turn right to walk alongside the racecourse. At the left-hand bend, turn right onto Chemin du Baudry to reach the start car park (S/E).
