Park at the Port Niscop car park.
(S/E) Head south-west on the coastal path, go around the shipyard by taking a short section of Rue des Chantiers.
(1) At the fork, take the path on the right and continue along the shipyard.
Be careful on the steep steps, which are not very wide
Continue along the low wall separating the pond and the Rivière d'Étel and continue along Impasse de Ploumédic. When you reach the car park, take the path on the right.
(2) Continue along the coastal path, passing Pointe de Royanec, the orientation table and Pointe de Roquenec.
(3) Take the street for 30 m and turn right again onto the path.
(4) Continue along the fairly narrow path and go straight ahead onto Impasse de Poulguénan for 30 m, then continue along the coastal path on the right.
Follow the coastal path along the Rivière du Sac'h for 1.7 km until you reach the Moulin du Bignac.
(5) Retrace your steps and take the coastal path on the right that runs alongside the Étang du Bignac. At the fork, keep to the right and walk to the Route de Larmor.
(6) At the end of the path, take the Route de Larmor on the left for 300 m, then turn right onto the path to reach the Venelle de Mané Bras.
(7) Continue straight ahead and, at 18 Rue des Chantiers, take the path on the left to return to the port of Niscop (S/E).
On a beautiful sunny day in September, this route runs along part of the Etel estuary downstream from the Lorois bridge on the left bank, offering superb views of small inlets where oyster farming is very much in evidence. Easy and pleasant, there are several options along the route.
