Access: From Thorenc-Station, take the D5 towards Col de Bleine, the starting point of our hike.
(S/E) On foot, from the car park at the side of the road (marker 104), take the small tarmac road that climbs north-east.
(1) At the next intersection (marker 105), take the second path on the right (yellow markings). Follow this path under magnificent fir trees until you reach a forest track (small sign on the right indicating Gréoliere). Take this track on the right for 300 metres.
You will come to a large bend.
(2) At the end of the bend, look for a path that branches off to the right marked "nouvelle balise n°105a Pic de l'Aiglo, Pic de la Fourneuby". Take this path, which continues straight ahead towards the east. You will come to a DFCI water tank with a large white "H" on it.
(3) Continue straight ahead on the path that climbs to Pic de l'Aiglo.
(4) Return via the same route to the DFCI water tank.
(3) Turn right onto the forest track. At the next intersection, turn left and continue on this track to return to the crossroads you passed on the way there.
(2). Stay on the track and follow the same route as on the way there to return to the car park (S/E).
