Park in the parking spaces at the end of Rue Henri Laurent.
(S/E) Set off to the left, facing the sea, following the street along the beach.
(1) Join the GR®34 on the right, slightly uphill. Pass Pointe de Barbe Brûlée and walk along the beach.
(2) At the crossroads, turn right to go around Pointe du Grouin: direct access to the semaphore is possible by turning left. Go directly left towards the semaphore and reach the point to enjoy the view.
(3) Continue on the GR®34 and reach the semaphore. Continue along the access road, then turn right onto the path.
(4) Pass Pointe de Rochefroide and reach Saussaye Beach.
(5) Turn left and head back up towards the coastal road (D201). Cross carefully, turn right, then immediately left onto Rue des Tintiaux. Walk about 20 metres and take the path on the right. You will come out onto a small road (Rue de la Ville Blanche) and follow it straight ahead to the nearby crossroads.
(6) Take the street on the left, then turn right onto the winding path before coming out at the end of Rue de la Vigne Fleurie. Follow it to the crossroads, first turn left then right to take Rue des Meguis and join the D201, which is called Avenue de la Côte d'Emeraude here.
(7) Cross carefully (no protected crossing) and take Chemin de la Touraille, almost opposite. Go to the end of the cul-de-sac and you will come out onto Rue du Chatry. Turn right, then immediately left to take the stairs leading to the GR®34.
(8) Turn left onto this path to quickly reach the car park (S/E).
