You cannot park next to the farm. It is private property__!
Please respect this – it’s getting tiresome with all these walkers who have no respect: there’s a chain between the two posts surrounding the entrance!__
(S/E) Take the path lined with meadows where horses graze. Further on, ignore the Chemin du Colombier which branches off to the right.
(1) First junction and start of the circular path. Turn right onto the small path that climbs between the rocks (climbing enthusiasts, feel free to stop here).
(2) You have now reached the highest point of the walk; settle down on the rocks and enjoy the view with a light picnic. Continue on your way by taking the path on the left (with the viewpoint behind you). At the fork, go left.
(3) Turn onto the path leading down to the left. After a bend, you’ll come to a crossroads.
(4) Take another sharp left-hand bend and follow the path to the first junction and the start of the circular route.
(1) Follow the path back the way you came to return to the car park at the Petiota Chievra farm in Fontrobert (A/D).
