Parking along the road near the cross-country ski chalet: Rue de la Bouverie in Anlier.
(S/E) The chalet is on your right; go up to the first junction, continue straight on and carry on to the next junction.

(1) Turn right and head downhill to a multi-way junction.
(2) Carry on straight ahead.
(3) At the fork in the road on the left, ignore the markings. Head downhill to the road, staying on the main path.

(4) When you reach the hamlet of La Crassenière, continue along the road to the left. Head back up to the centre of the village of Behême and the N40.
(5) Cross it carefully and continue along the road opposite, Rue du Relais de la Damselle. Pass the last houses and enter the forest. Cross the stream with a view of the pond on your left.
(6) At the fork, take the middle path and continue to the next junction.
(7) At the junction, turn left. A few metres further on, the path takes a 90° left-hand bend; continue on to reach a forest track.
(8) At the forest track, continue to your left until you reach the N40. Cross with care and walk to the marker post opposite. Walk along the plot of young fir trees on your left until you reach the older fir forest.
(9) Turn right and enter the fir forest to cross through it.
(10) On the other side, at a place called La Cornaille, turn left.
(11) At the first track on your right, take the hairpin bend. Stay on the forest track for about 2 km until you reach a road.
(12) Cross with care, continue straight ahead and at the end turn left. Walk along the plot and then turn right between the fir trees. Leave the pine forest, turn right and walk to the road. Cross diagonally to your right.
(13) Take the farm track until you reach a road, turn left and enter Thibessart. Follow the road, continuing left onto the N861. Leave the village.
(14) At the right-hand bend, take the forest track opposite. Follow this track for about 1.2 km. When the track widens with many ruts and the path becomes a little unclear, look out for the markings on your left.
(15) Cross over the small embankment and take a hairpin bend to your left.
(16) Pass through the hamlet of Forêt de Rulles and keep left at the next junction. Cross the road and continue straight on. Just under 2 km further on, ignore the two paths branching off to the right and leave the signposting behind.

(17) Take the third path on the right, go downhill and at the end turn left onto the path you have already taken.
(4). At a place called La Crassenière, turn right this time and take the path leading straight into the forest. The path widens, bends sharply and finally emerges from the forest, running alongside a meadow on your right.
(18) Turn right onto the track, which has become passable by vehicles. Pass a few houses.
(19) Before the end of the descent, turn right onto the path that goes behind the cross. Then turn right again and head back up to the car park (S/E).
