Park in the car park at Lasséran church.
(S/E) Go down the road and turn left. Pass the old wash house and its insect hotel. At the crossroads, take the road on the left for about 100 m.
(1) Leave the road and take the path on the right. Walk along the grove and then cross a small wood. When you reach a road, cross it and take the path opposite, which turns into a track. You will arrive at the Lodge La Gurlanne.
(2) Continue until you reach another road. Turn left, then at the next junction turn left again to reach a dirt track at the exit of the hamlet of Maouret.
Enjoy the view on your left.
(3) Descend via the path furthest to the left. Before crossing the stream, you will find a lovely picnic spot. Continue to the road.
(4) Turn left onto this road. Pass through the hamlets of Le Comptant and Le Poucet.
(5) Before the bridge over the Gurlanne, turn right. Cross the small tributary of the Gurlanne and reach a crossroads with a path.
(6) Leave the road and take the path on the left, which turns into a trail after another small bridge. Continue along this trail to a place called La Burguère, then take a carriage road to the road.
(7) Turn left and then, at the cross, turn right. Leave the road on the left leading to Grand Mené and keep to the path opposite, which leads straight to the lake shore.
(8) Keep left on the path that runs alongside the lake. Continue along the path that runs alongside the River Auloue until you reach a road at a place called Petit Carreté.
(9) Follow the road to the left. Stay on it until you reach the crossroads at a place called Le Mouréou, where there is another trail junction in the left-hand bend.
(10) Leave the road and take the path on the right. Continue almost straight ahead until you are about ten metres from the edge of the forest, then take the path on your left downhill and follow the stream until you come to a rural path, where you turn left. Ford the stream. Continue along this path until you reach a junction with a tarmac road.
(11) Cross it and take the path opposite, which descends. Continue along this path until you reach the car park at Lasséran church (S/E).
