Park in the Salle des Fêtes car park on Rue du Stade, between the Salle des Fêtes and the football stadium.
(S/E) Walk past the Salle des Fêtes and follow Rue du Stade. At the corner of the street and in front of the housing estate, take the path on the left. Cross the Suzon river on the footbridge. Continue along Rue du Leat. At Rue du Moulin, first turn left then right. Walk up Rue Bochot and cross Grande Rue carefully.
(1) Walk along the south side of Place de l'Église and take Rue des Écoles opposite. Walk for about 400 metres.
(2) At the Calvary crossroads, continue straight ahead. Head north for 900 metres until you reach the Bois de Grancey (elevation 325).
(3) At the Y-junction, take the path on the right that runs alongside the woods. After 600 metres, turn left into the woods, leaving a field access road on your right. After 900 metres, there is a second Y-junction; continue to the right for 200 metres.
(4) Turn left, heading north-west. After 700 metres, just past a ruined hunting hut, continue in the same direction, leaving the path that branches off to the left.
(5) This section of the trail, up to the next junction, is not shown on the IGN map. Continue for another 500 metres until you reach the junction.
(6) Take the path heading south-west, almost directly opposite.
Continue in this direction for 800 metres, passing La Brosse. You will come to a wider path; turn left and continue for 80 metres.
(7) Turn right onto the path. After 350 metres, you will reach an elevation of 456 metres. Turn left onto the white track and follow it for 180 metres.
(8) Leave the track by turning right, walk 50 metres and turn right onto the path that descends into the Prielle valley.
Follow the path at the bottom of the valley until you reach the edge of the forest at an elevation of 325 metres. You will come back to the Y-junction at the start of the hike.
(3) Take this path to return to the village.
After 900 metres, at the Calvary crossroads, turn right onto Rue Royer. At the end of this street, follow Rue de l'Église to the left until you reach Place de l'Église.
Walk along the square, passing in front of the shops. Cross Rue des Écoles and take Grande Rue for 50 metres. Cross carefully after the bar-tobacconist's to go down Rue du Lavoir. When you reach the wash house, explore it.
(9) Turn right for 50 metres, then left to cross the footbridge over the Suzon and retrace your steps to return to the Salle des Fêtes car park (A/D).
